Truffle Magic & Peppermint Paddle Pops 🎄

Sea Moss Raw Treat

 

The ideal Christmas treat features our Truffle Magic Sea Moss Gel! Beat the heat on those warm Christmas days with a refreshing chocolate paddle pop enriched with body-friendly minerals, medicinal mushrooms, and ceremonial cacao. 🍫🍦🎄

What you need:

  • 1 and 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1 heaped tbsp Nature's Farmer Sea Truffle Magic Sea Moss Gel
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup melted vegan dark chocolate
  • 2 crushed candy canes (optional)

How to:

  • Add the frozen bananas, sea moss gel, cocoa powder, almond milk, and peppermint extract to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into paddle pop moulds and set in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  • Once the paddle pops have set, pour over the melted chocolate and add the crushed candy canes on top.
  • Dig in and enjoy!

    Purple Butterfly Christmas Mocktail 🎄

     

    Sea Moss Raw Treat- Natures Farmer Sea

    This Christmas, treat your loved ones to the ultimate delight – a Strawberry and Lime mocktail that's not only delicious but also packed with essential minerals and vitamins, thanks to our Purple Butterfly Sea Moss Gel. This mocktail sparks joy, aids digestion, boosts energy, enhances vitality, and uplifts your mood!

    What you need:

    • 1 and 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
    • 1 cup of ice
    • 1/4 cup mixed berry juice
    • The juice of half a fresh lime
    • 2 heaped tbsp Nature's Farmer Sea Purple Butterfly Sea Moss Gel
    • 1/2 a fresh lime: For the rim of the glass
    • 2 tbsp raw sugar: For the sugar coating on the glass
    • 2 small slices of lime: For the garnish

    How to:

    • Using the half lime, coat your glass's rim and add the raw sugar. Set aside.
    • Add the frozen strawberries, ice, juices, and sea moss gel to a blender and blend until a frappé consistency (adding more juice if needed for a thinner consistency).
    • Pour the mocktail into the glasses and add the lime garnish to the side of the glass. Dig in and enjoy! (These mocktails melt quickly in the summer heat, so be sure to enjoy them immediately!)

      Mixed Berry & Purple Butterfly Cheesecake 🎄

      Bursting with the vibrant essence of fresh berries and citrus undertones, this mixed berry and Purple Butterfly Cheesecake will elevate your Christmas spirit, all thanks to the star ingredient – Purple Butterfly Sea Moss! Helping to boost your mood and aid your digestion. This Christmas cheesecake is not just a treat; it's a delightful way to keep everyone in high spirits!

      What you need:

      • 1 1/2 cups almond meal
      • 1 cup macadamia nuts
      • 10 Medjool dates
      • 2 tbsp water
      • 1 tsp vanilla bean
      • 1/2 tsp salt
      • 2 cups cashews (soaked in water overnight or boiling water for 15 minutes)
      • 3 cups coconut cream (cream part only from 3x 400ml tin)
      • 1/2 cup coconut butter
      • 1/4 cup maple syrup
      • 1/2 lemon squeezed
      • 1 cup mixed berries
      • 2 tbsp Nature's Farmer Sea Purple Butterfly Sea Moss

      How to:

      • Line an 8-inch cake tin with baking paper.
      • Blend almond meal, macadamia nuts, dates, salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 2 tbsp water in a food processor.
      • Pour into the lined cake tin and press to mold the base. Place in the freezer.
      • Place 1 1/2 cups strained cashews in the food processor with maple syrup.
      • Blend until a cream-like consistency begins to form.
      • Add 2 cups coconut cream, coconut butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and lemon to the food processor. Blend until combined.
      • Pour the mixture onto the base layer and return to the freezer for 30 minutes.
      • Rinse the food processor and combine 1/2 cup cashews, 1 cup coconut cream, and 2 tbsp Nature's Farmer Sea Purple Butterfly Sea Moss Gel.
      • Blend to combine.
      • Add 1 cup mixed berries and continue to blend. Add remaining liquid from the coconut cream tin to the mixture slowly if needed.
      • Pour the berry mixture on top of the vanilla cashew.
      • Set in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
      • Transfer the cake from the freezer and place it in the fridge an hour before serving.
      • Decorate with fresh berries.
