Shipping & Returns
We have a 30 day return policy only available on the Raw Moss Product if the packaging is unopened and sealed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No refunds on perishable items will be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
When it comes to Merchandise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you have a change of mind or someone has purchased something you are unsure of, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and all tags attached.
A copy of the invoice needs to be included.
Returns for refund or exchanges are posted to Natures Farmer Sea.
Return shipping method and associated costs plus reshipping of correct Merchandise are the responsibility of the customer
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Natures Farmer Sea.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
