At Natures Farmer Sea, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality Sea Moss products. Please read the following policy to understand your options for returns, order changes, or product concerns.


Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? No worries.

If you’d like to make a change to your order, please contact us at info@naturesfarmersea.com within 1 hour of purchase.

Our Sea Moss Gels are made fresh to order and shipped daily - which means your order may be with our kitchen team and in production within minutes. To keep things running smoothly and ensure timely delivery, we’re unable to make changes after this 1-hour window.

General Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed Raw Sea Moss products.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • We do not accept returns on opened, perishable (i.e. Sea Moss Gels), or partially used items

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

We recommend using Registered Post with tracking, as Natures Farmer Sea is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Please allow time for the refund to be processed by your bank.

Product Quality Concerns

If there’s an issue with your order, such as texture, appearance, or consistency,  we require clear photo evidence so we can investigate and determine the best resolution.

Please email the following:

  • Photos showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Note: Taste preferences are subjective. As our gels are made fresh using natural ingredients, slight variations in taste, colour, or texture are normal and do not qualify as product faults. In saying this, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we take all feedback seriously. 


Delivery or Shipping Issues

We pack every order with the utmost care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send an email to info@naturesfarmersea.com with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in

  • Your order number

We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement if appropriate. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


In-Store Purchases

If you purchased our products from a retail stockist, please refer to that store’s return policy.

We’re happy to assist in working with the retailer if needed - just get in touch.


Policy Updates

This policy may be updated to stay in line with Australian Consumer Law and operational improvements. Natures Farmer Sea reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
