The yellow-gold hue of this variety is naturally occurring and reflects the unique phytonutrients present in the plant. Known as Eucheuma Cottonii, Gold Sea Moss is one of the most popular forms of sea moss used around the world.

Sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of Saint Lucia in the Caribbean, our Gold Sea Moss is carefully sun-dried and packed to maintain its natural integrity. Its mild flavour makes it versatile and easy to use in the kitchen — simply soak, rinse, and blend to create your own gels for smoothies, drinks, and recipes.

100% Pure Raw Sea Moss

This product is not to be consumed raw and should be used as directed. Please contact your health care professional and seek advice prior to use if you have any health concerns, are pregnant, nursing, have a known iodine sensitivity, or if you take any other medication, including thyroid supplements.

Our sea moss is harvested from the ocean where shellfish are also present. While no shellfish ingredients are used in our products, we cannot guarantee they are completely free from traces of shellfish.

Our Raw Sea Moss varieties are perfect for those who love DIY and want to experience making their gel from the comfort of their own home.

Once you receive your Raw Sea Moss pack, you’ll find a QR code on the back; scan it and head to the instructional video to start making your Sea Moss Gel blend.

1. Grab your Raw Sea Moss, limes and water. 2. Weigh your Sea Moss. For a 1L jar, we use 40grams. 3. Fill a bowl with filtered water and put your Sea Moss in to pre-soak it. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften. 4. Give your Sea Moss a good clean to remove all the existing ocean debris. 5. Transfer your clean Sea Moss to another bowl with filtered water. Chop your lime in half, squeeze both halves and add them to the soaked Sea Moss. Let it soak for 24 hours. 5. After soaking for 24 hours your Sea Moss will be soft and have a light creamy colour. 7. Strain the water and remove the limes. 8. Add the Sea Moss to the blender with 1100ml of filtered water and blend until smooth consistency is achieved. Add more water for desired consistency. 9. Pour the Sea Moss into your jar and leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set into a lovely gel consistency. (Keep your Sea Moss refrigerated at all times!) 10. Your gel is ready! Time to enjoy it! You are now set with a Sea Moss jar packed full of nutrients and ready for the weeks ahead. It’s that easy!"

Our Sea Moss Gels are made fresh to order and shipped Monday-Thursday, which means your order could be with our kitchen team and in production within minutes! You will receive shipping confirmation via email along with your tracking details once it is on its way. Orders placed from Thursday morning won't be shipped until the following Monday to avoid them sitting idle in transit over the weekend.
