Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Giveaway excludes entrants from Northern Territory (NT), South Australia (SA) and Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
• Employees, officers, and contractors of the promoter and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 6:00am AEST on 8 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 8 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

• To enter, entrants must during the Promotion Period: Visit the giveaway landing page; and Submit their full name, email address, and phone number.
• One entry per person when form is submitted.
• Five extra entries per person are submitted when entrant makes a website purchase.
• Incomplete, indecipherable, or duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.
• The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants (including identity, age, and residency) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false details, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Prize
The prize is a Wellness Getaway for Two with an estimated retail value of $5,500, consisting of:

• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a Studio Room at Elements of Byron (twin share, weekdays only Monday–Friday).
• Two (2) dinners at Elements of Byron restaurant (total value capped at $700 for two people across both nights).
• Two (2) spa treatments at Elements of Byron (total value capped at $660).
• One (1) domestic return flight voucher for the winner and guest, capped at a combined total of $500 AUD (see Prize Conditions).
• Two (2) x $300 for fashion brand Zulu & Zephyr vouchers.
• One (1) year’s supply of Nature’s Farmer Sea Moss Gel for the winner, capped at 12 x 1L jars (variant of choice, see Prize Conditions).
• One (1) year’s supply of Nature’s Farmer Sea Moss Gel for the nominated friend, capped at 12 x 1L jars (variant of choice, see Prize Conditions).

Total RRP estimated prize pool: $5,600 AUD.

Prize Conditions

• The prize is only claimable for bookings between 1 January 2026 and 1 December 2026. If not booked and used within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and no extension will be provided.
• Accommodation, spa, and dining bookings are subject to availability and the terms of Elements of Byron.
• Flight voucher conditions:Voucher is valid only for return flights to the Gold Coast Airport (OOL) from the winner’s and guest’s nearest capital city or home airport.Voucher covers the actual cost of both tickets combined up to a maximum of $500 AUD total.If the return flights cost less than $500, only the actual cost of the flights will be covered.Any additional costs beyond the $500 cap are the responsibility of the winner.All transfers, including from the winner’s home to the departure airport, from the Gold Coast Airport to Elements of Byron, and the return journey, are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
• Zulu & Zephyr fashion vouchers are valid as per their stated terms. This can be claimed in the Byron Bay store or online as per the brand's T&Cs.
• Sea Moss Gel conditions:Each person (winner + guest) will receive 12 x 1L jars of Sea Moss Gel (one jar per month over 12 months).Blend can be changed month-to-month, but changes must be advised by the 30th of each month for the following month’s delivery.Requests to change blends cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Prize, or any unused portion, is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If any component of the prize becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval.
• All ancillary costs, and/or costs not expressly listed, incurred in taking or using the prize (including travel to and from airports, local transfers, insurance, meals not specified, upgrades, incidentals, and personal expenses) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Winners are responsible for any and all tax implications that may arise from accepting the prize and should seek independent financial advice.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 9 October 2025.
• The draw will be conducted using a random selection method. Reserve entries may be drawn in case of invalid or ineligible entries.
• The winner will be notified by email and phone within 2 business days of the draw.
• The winner’s details (first initial, surname, and postcode) will be published on the promoter’s website and/or social media channels within 7 days of the draw.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Unclaimed Prize

• If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 22 October 2025.
• The redraw winner will be notified by email and phone and published on the promoter’s website and/or social media channels within 7 days.

Privacy

• The promoter will collect personal information (PI) such as name, email, phone number, and address in order to conduct the promotion.
• PI may be disclosed to third parties including service providers, agents, prize suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Entry is conditional on providing PI.
• The promoter may use entrants’ PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes indefinitely, unless otherwise advised.
• PI will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may access, update, or correct their PI by contacting the promoter at info@naturesfarmersea.com.

Social Media Platforms

• This promotion may be advertised on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat. Entrants acknowledge that: The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with any of these platforms.They release Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat from any claims arising in connection with this promotion.

Liability

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits entrants’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other Non-Excludable Guarantees.
• Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising from:
  (a) technical difficulties, theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference;
  (b) late, lost, altered, corrupted, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
  (c) variation in prize value;
  (d) use of the prize; or
  (e) any tax liability incurred.
• The promoter’s total liability arising in connection with this promotion is limited to the aggregate value of the prize.

Force Majeure
If this promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right, subject to regulatory approval, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.

General

• The promoter may in its absolute discretion not accept a particular entry, disqualify an entry, or cancel the promotion at any time without liability, subject to written directions from a regulatory authority.
• All entries become the property of the promoter.
• These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Queensland, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
