Refrigerate your Sea Moss
Make sure to refrigerate your Sea Moss gel and let it set for at least 2 hours for a great gel consistency before tasting for the first time.

Two tablespoons daily
Take 2 tablespoons of Sea Moss Gel per day for optimal results. When taking your 2 tablespoons at once; use two different tablespoons to avoid cross contamination.

Our best before date
Consume the gels within the best-before date (4 weeks) for optimal freshness and safety. Please check the label. Our Raw Sea MossandIrish Sea Moss capsules have a 1-year best-before date and should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Freeze for longer use
If you think you won’t finish your Sea Moss gel in 4 weeks, freeze the remaining gel in ice cube trays (not in the jar) and add them to your smoothies later. Frozen, it will last for up to 3 months.

Our gels have zero ocean taste, are delicious and easy to consume! Consume daily to avoid prolonged oxygen exposure.

Enter the email address linked to your subscription and you’ll receive a one-time code via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
Once your code arrives, enter it in the field provided. Please check your spam if it doesn't come through!
You will be taken to your portal where you can view your upcoming orders, edit your products, amend your schedule, and cancel your subscription.

Our Sea Moss Gels are made fresh to order and shipped Monday-Thursday, which means your order could be with our kitchen team and in production within minutes! You will receive shipping confirmation via email along with your tracking details once it is on its way. Orders placed from Thursday morning won't be shipped until the following Monday to avoid them sitting idle in transit over the weekend.
Yes — you’re in complete control. Simply log in to your account portal to pause, skip, or adjust your next delivery date anytime. No penalties, no pressure. If you need to cancel, we are sad to see you go but you can do so via your Manage Subscription link next to your current Subscription in the portal.
Log into your account and click “Manage Subscription.” From there, you can update your delivery schedule, switch flavours, or change quantities with just a few clicks.
Easy — just log in and skip the upcoming order or update your next delivery date. You can also update your delivery address if needed.
