Yes, all our Sea Moss gels are suitable for children - and we now have our kids range with extra special flavors and added 1 billion CFU probiotics!

They are gluten-free, dairy-free, synthetic-free, preservative-free, and all-natural. It is important to exercise caution when introducing Sea Moss to young children. We recommend the following serving sizes:

Children aged 3+ years: 1 teaspoon daily
Children aged 4+ years: 1–2 teaspoons daily

We don't recommend our Irish Sea Moss Capsules for children.

All of our gels have zero ocean flavour. From citrus to a unique floral blend, there are subtle hints of the all-natural superfood ingredients within our gels. Immune Hero has a sweet citrus-berry taste, while Gut Buddy is a gentle sherbet.

We recommend 2 tablespoons per day for adults and 1-2 teaspoons a day for kids 3+ depending on their age (please see further guidance on our product pages).

We use Bacillus Coagulans, a high quality spore forming probiotic known for its natural strength and stability. Its protective spore shell helps it stay alive through heat, storage and digestion which is why this strain is widely used in premium functional foods.

It is a more costly strain to produce because it requires specialist cultivation and offers greater resilience than many standard probiotics. We chose it because it pairs beautifully with fibre rich wholefoods like Sea Moss. Together they help support a healthy gut microbiome as part of your everyday ritual.

Our Sea Moss Gels are made fresh to order and shipped Monday-Thursday, which means your order could be with our kitchen team and in production within minutes! You will receive shipping confirmation via email along with your tracking details once it is on its way. Orders placed from Thursday morning won't be shipped until the following Monday to avoid them sitting idle in transit over the weekend.
