Roasted Capsicum Pasta

This delicious and nutritious pasta is only made better with the addition of Natures Farmer Sea, Ginger Ninja Sea Moss Gel! This Sea Moss blend has ingredients like turmeric powder that gives a boost of anti-inflammatory power throughout the body (perfect for combating those winter colds!) 🫶🏼😋✨
This pasta is super easy to make, here’s what you’ll need 👇🏼
- 1 packet of rigatoni pasta
- 1 & 1/2 capsicum
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 heaped tbsp @naturesfarmersea Ginger Ninja Sea Moss Gel
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked
- 1 cup pasta water
- 1 tsp red chilli powder, optional
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
2. Roughly chop up the capsicum and cut the top off of the garlic bulb. Rub a drizzle of olive oil and salt onto the garlic and cover with foil. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the capsicum, along with some salt.
3. Place everything on the baking tray and roast for 20 to 40minutes until the capsicum is soft and a little charred.
4. While the capsicum and garlic are in the oven, cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
5. Once the capsicum and garlic are roasted, to a blender add the capsicum, garlic, nutritional yeast, remaining olive oil, pasta water, cashews, salt and pepper and sea moss gel. Blend until smooth and creamy.
6. Heat a medium pan on low heat and add the pasta sauce along with the cooked pasta. Mix everything through.
7. Serve the pasta and garnish with some basil and a sprinkle of extra nutritional yeast. Dig in and enjoy!

Papaya Boat

Papaya Boats are the perfect afternoon snack. A way to make them extra delicious and nutritious is by adding Natures Farmer Sea, Sea Moss Gel to your yoghurt - it creates an incredible texture and adds so many minerals and vitamins, making it an extra gut-loving snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 papaya, halved and with the seeds removed
- 1 heaped tbsp Natures Farmer Sea OG Sea Moss Gel
- 4 tbsp Greek Coconut Yoghurt (or your favourite yoghurt)
- Your favourite fruit, granola and hemp seeds to top!
How to make:
1. To a blender or food processor, add the sea moss gel and coconut yoghurt and blend until smooth and combined. Ensure not to overmix as this will cause the yoghurt to get quite runny. I blended for about 45 seconds and it was perfect.
2. Pour the yoghurt into the papaya boat and top with your favourite fruit, hemp seeds and granola.
