Blended Blueberry Chia Pudding
1/3 Cup Chia Seeds 1/3 Cup Frozen Blueberries 1 Medjool Date (Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained) -
1 Tbsp @naturesfarmersea Purple Butterfly Sea Moss 1 Tbsp Vanilla Buttercream Protein Powder 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Cup Oat Milk
Garnish:
3-4 Coconut Yoghurt (per serve) Fresh Blueberries
How to make:

Place all chia pudding ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into two jars and set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Top with coconut yogurt and fresh blueberries. Enjoy!
