1 frozen banana
- 1 heaped cup spinach leaves
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1 handful ice cubes
- 1-2 tbsp @naturesfarmersea Green Warrior Sea Moss Gel
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cashew butter (or a handful of cashew nuts)
How to make: Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
