Yes, our Sea Moss Gels are suitable for children. They’re gluten free, dairy free, preservative free, and completely natural.

Suggested serving sizes:

6 months – 1 year: ½ teaspoon
1 – 5 years: 1 teaspoon
5 – 10 years: 2 teaspoons
10 – 15 years: 1 tablespoon
15+ years: 2 tablespoons

Our Sea Moss Gels have a 4-week best-before date from the date they are manufactured and shipped. All Gels are made fresh to order daily in our Burleigh Heads factory.

Here’s how long each size typically lasts with a daily serving of 2 tablespoons:

375ml: 1 week
500ml: 2 weeks
750ml: 3 weeks
1L: 4 weeks

Storage tips:

Keep refrigerated at all times
Take from your gels daily
Use a clean, dry spoon to prevent contamination, do not double dip.
Freeze gel in ice cube trays before the best-before date (do not freeze in the jar) to extend the shelf life by 2-3 months

We do not recommend consuming the gel past the best-before date, but it is at your discretion.

To avoid waste, freeze any unused gel into ice cube trays before the best-before date (don’t freeze in the glass jar). This will extend the shelf life by 2–3 months.

Shipping within Australia typically takes 1–3 business days, though remote locations or carrier delays may add 1–2 extra days. Please note that we make our gels fresh to order, so orders placed from Thursday morning will be made and shipped on the following Monday to avoid them sitting idle over the weekend.
