I find the capsules way easier to put down my throat then the actual seamoss jelly stuff, don’t get me wrong they tasted so yummy but sometimes I found it hard to swallow✌️ but so far I’m 4 days in and my goodness I feel good, sleeping like a baby and I feel like once I’m up in the morning I’m on the go straight away instead of feeling like I’ve been run over by a bus, thank you again for such a good product.
