Desperate to find something for my perimenopausal symptoms, I also have adenomyosis and have just recently learned that symptoms of that heighten during perimenopause. Thought I'd give the "Glow State" a go. I'm on week 2 of taking it, and the pains have REALLY subsided. I'm now also able to stomach protein and creatine, which I haven't been able to do for about a year now due to hormone changes. I'm a busy Mum and desperate to hold onto muscle, so protein intake is important to me. It's also helped with brain fog, and I feel less bloated. Initially only purchased one 500ml jar just to test it out. I'm now going to subscribe, keen to see what other changes it brings, seeing it's only been over a week of taking it, plus I'm too scared that stomach pains will return if I stop taking it.

I actually like the taste and texture of this, I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s quite light and zesty.
